Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with the date and time window you choose.

If the box is a gift, we also collect the name, address and phone number of the person receiving it, and the message you would like written on the card.

If you write to us, apply for a job, or ask us to check a pincode, we keep what you sent so we can reply.

We never see your card number, your UPI PIN or your bank password. Payment happens inside Razorpay, and only the result reaches us.

This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no social media pixels. We do not follow you to other websites, and we do not build a profile of you.

To make your box, to deliver it, to let you track it, to send you a confirmation, and to talk to you if something goes wrong.

We keep order records afterwards because we must, for our accounts and for tax. We do not use old orders to send you marketing unless you asked us to.

Three companies, each doing one job:

Razorpay handles payment. They receive your name, email, phone and the amount. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it.

Resend sends your order emails. They receive your email address and the contents of that email.

Vercel hosts this website and the database behind it, on servers we control the contents of.

Beyond those three, nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we never will. We hand information to the authorities only where the law requires it.

The public side of this site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps our own staff signed in to the admin panel, and it never reaches a customer.

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to the admin panel is limited to House of Gul staff and protected by a password.

No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If information of yours is ever exposed, we will tell you rather than wait for you to find out.

Write to contact@houseofgul.in and ask. You can see what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or have it removed.

We will do it within thirty days. We may have to keep the bare record of a completed order for our accounts, and if so we will tell you exactly what is staying and why.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the foot of the page. We will not change it quietly and hope you do not notice.
