Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel free of charge within one hour of ordering, as long as we have not started making your box.

Because we deliver the same day, we often start within the hour. If the flowers are already cut, we cannot cancel the order. Call us anyway and we will do what we can.

Fresh flowers cannot be returned. But if your box arrives damaged, if the flowers are not fresh, or if we sent the wrong box, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Send us a photograph within 24 hours of delivery, by email or on WhatsApp. We will reply the same day.

We ask for a photograph because we cannot see the flowers once they have left us, and because it tells us what went wrong in our own workshop.

Flowers that have faded after 24 hours. Cut flowers are alive, and how long they last depends on where they are kept.

An order sent to an address or phone number that was entered incorrectly.

An order nobody was available to receive, after we have tried twice.

Our flowers come from the Jaipur market, and the market changes with the season. If something we planned is not available that morning, we will use a flower of the same kind, colour and value, so the box looks like its photograph.

If we cannot match it closely, we will call you before we deliver.

If we miss the delivery window you chose and the delay is ours, tell us and we will refund the order in full. The two windows are set out in our delivery policy.

Refunds go back the way you paid. Online payments return to the same card, account or UPI within five to seven working days, depending on your bank.

For orders paid on delivery, we transfer the amount to your bank account or UPI once you send us the details.
