Delivery Policy

Jaipur only, across 51 pincodes. We do not ship outside the city and we do not use a courier.

You can check whether we reach your pincode on the delivery page or at checkout. If your pincode is not on the list, the order will not go through.

Orders placed between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM are delivered by 6:00 PM the same day.

Orders placed between 2:00 PM and 6:00 AM are delivered by 12:00 noon the next day.

Those are the only two windows we offer. We do not promise anything faster, because we would rather arrive when we said than take the order and hope.

You choose your delivery date and window at checkout. A date further ahead is fine, and the box is still made on the morning it goes out.

Nothing. Delivery is free everywhere we go, on every order, whatever the size. There is no minimum and no surcharge for a distant pincode.

Someone should be available at the address during the window you chose. Please give a phone number that will be answered, because our rider will call on arrival.

If nobody is there, we will call you and wait where we can. With your permission we can leave the box with a guard, a neighbour or at a reception desk. Once we have done that, the order counts as delivered.

If we cannot reach you and cannot leave the box safely, we will try once more. After a second failed attempt the order is closed and cannot be refunded, because the flowers cannot be sold again.

If you are sending a box to someone else, give us their name, address and phone number, and yours as well so we can reach you if something is unclear.

You can ask us to hide the price. We will, and the person receiving it will see only your message.

We deliver every day. On a few occasions each year — a city-wide closure, a festival that shuts the flower market, or weather that makes riding unsafe — we may not be able to. If that affects your order we will call you, and you can choose another day or a full refund.
