Terms and Conditions

House of Gul is a sole proprietorship owned by Yawar Khan, making and delivering flower boxes in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Our registered place of business is WTL Manzil, Jagannath Puri, Hamza Street, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012, Rajasthan, India. It is a workshop and not a shop, so please write or call before visiting.

Jaipur only. Orders placed between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM arrive by 6:00 PM the same day. Orders placed between 2:00 PM and 6:00 AM arrive by 12:00 noon the next day. Delivery is free everywhere we go.

All prices are in Indian rupees. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free and there are no other charges added at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you were shown is the price that holds.

You can pay online through Razorpay, or in cash when the box is delivered. Card and UPI details are entered inside Razorpay and never reach us.

An order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when we accept it and send you a confirmation email.

We may decline an order — if we cannot reach the address, if the flowers are genuinely unavailable, or if we believe the order is not genuine. If we decline one you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Every box is made by hand from fresh flowers, so yours will differ a little from the photograph. The flowers are the same kind and colour, and the box is the same design.

Where a flower we planned is unavailable that morning, we substitute one of the same kind, colour and value, as set out in our refund policy.

We write your message by hand on a card. We print what you send us, so please check the spelling.

We will not write anything abusive, threatening or unlawful. If a message is one of those, we will call you rather than write it.

Fresh flowers cannot be returned, but we replace or refund anything we get wrong. The full terms are in our cancellation and refund policy, and they form part of this agreement.

Keep the box out of direct sunlight and away from an air conditioner blowing straight at it. Expect five to seven days, depending on the flower and the weather.

Cut flowers are perishable and their life after delivery is outside our control. We cannot be responsible for flowers that fade because of where they were kept.

What we collect and who sees it is set out in our privacy policy.

The photographs, writing, box designs and the name House of Gul belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking. If you would like to write about us or share a photograph of your own box, you are welcome to.

If we get an order wrong, we put it right — a replacement or a refund, as set out in the refund policy.

Beyond that, our responsibility for any single order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as an occasion that did not go as you hoped.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
